Bringing new life into the world is one of the most profound things a human body can do. And yet, it can also feel isolating, uncertain, and overwhelming, sometimes all at once. My services are built around one simple belief: that you deserve knowledgeable, compassionate support at every stage of this journey, no matter what that looks like for you.

Doula Services
Supporting you through one of life's most transformative journeys. Here is what our time together looks like:
We start with a free one-hour consultation, a chance to connect and make sure we feel like a good fit. From there, we work through a prenatal questionnaire together so I can begin building a birth plan that is truly yours. In the months leading up to your third trimester, I am always reachable for ongoing conversations about appointments, questions, and anything on your mind. As you enter your third trimester, we will meet in person to walk through the coping tools and techniques we will use together, so you feel prepared and confident going into labor. I am on call starting at 38 weeks, and when the moment comes, I will be right there with you. After your baby is born, we will meet for a dedicated postpartum visit, because my care for you does not end in the delivery room.
Spinning Babies®
Working with your body and your baby from the very beginning.
Spinning Babies is a method that uses targeted movements, positions, and techniques to guide your baby into an ideal position for birth. Through approaches like birth inversions, side-lying releases, and hot and cold therapy, we work with your baby's natural instincts to encourage optimal alignment. The result is a labor that flows more comfortably and with greater ease.
What is a Doula?
A doula is a trained birth companion who provides continuous physical, emotional, and informational support before, during, and after labor. Unlike medical providers, a doula's sole focus is you, helping you feel informed, prepared, and held through one of the most significant experiences of your life.

Hi! I’m Christina,
I'm a certified doula serving Pennsylvania and New Jersey, with other locations available upon request. I hold certifications through DONA International in doula services and lactation consultancy, and am also certified in Spinning Babies®.
I chose DONA International because their commitment to rigorous, evidence-based training and continuous client support reflects my own standards of care, including a required postpartum visit to ensure the new parent(s) are checked on in addition to the baby.
My approach is rooted in the belief that every birth story is unique. I work to ensure that each client feels informed, empowered, and fully supported, whatever their birth looks like.
When I’m not supporting families, I can be found at the beach, in yoga class, or spending time with my husband and cats.
