About

Hi, I’m Christina.

I’m a certified doula serving Pennsylvania and New Jersey, with other locations available upon request.

I am certified through DONA International in birth doula support and lactation consultancy, and am also certified in Spinning Babies®. I chose DONA International because their standards reflect my own values: rigorous training, evidence-based care, and a commitment to staying with clients through the full journey, including a required postpartum visit so no one is left behind after the baby arrives.

My Spinning Babies training gives me specialized knowledge in fetal positioning and body balancing techniques that can support more comfortable pregnancies and smoother labors. As a certified lactation consultant, I help new parents navigate the early days and weeks of infant feeding with confidence. Together, these certifications allow me to offer truly integrated care, showing up for my clients before, during, and after birth.

Prior to getting my doula certification, I worked in customer service roles in banking and nannied for several years. All of my career experiences have helped me hone in on helping people learn, understand, and build trust with my clients.

Beyond the Birth Room, when I'm not supporting families, I can be found at the beach, in yoga class, or spending time with my husband and cats. I would love to be part of your journey.

My Philosophy

My approach is rooted in the belief that every birth story is unique. I work to ensure that each client feels informed, empowered, and fully supported, whatever their birth looks like. I always try to deepen my knowledge to benefit my clients best.

My Story

Before my doula journey began, my best friend was a nurse in labor and delivery. I asked her about every single patient and was fascinated with how amazing the process of childbirth is and the strength and resilience of birthing people. In high school I used to race home to watch TLC's A Baby Story. I was captivated with the variances in everyone's birth journey. It was my best friend who told me about birth doulas, and that set me on my journey.
